Clearwell Capital Appoints Rising Stars After Announcing Ambitious Growth Plans

We are pleased to announce Clearwell Capital has appointed its next generation of real estate finance experts.

Investment Analysts Femi Akinyanju and Alex Stoner and Loan Manager Harry Pennells have joined the team to help us achieve our plans to lend £100m in the next 18 months while ensuring we stick to the high standards we set for ourselves as a business to:

  1. Meet our target of a 24hr turnaround on receipt of new enquiries
  2. Maintain our speed and quality of due diligence and underwriting
  3. Achieve consistent monitoring across all our schemes
  4. Manage challenges quickly and proactively so we can develop a viable project journey with our clients

Both Femi and Alex join the team armed with masters degrees in real estate finance and Harry brings three years’ experience from Close Brothers Property Finance where he helped provide clients with a smooth process from development drawdown to completion. The three will work closely with the senior team managing loan documentation, supplying the team with residential market analysis and underwriting both Senior and Mezzanine loans.
