Andy Wynn has 45 years of senior industry and advisory experience in private equity, investment banking, commercial/consumer finance, and property, including roles as Chair, Vice Chair, CEO, CFO, and CRO, and has served on 35 Boards of Directors in the UK and Europe. His past roles included CRO at Lehman Brothers European Structured Finance (€30 billion European mortgage/NPL portfolio), CEO of Security Pacific Trust (a UK bank), Vice Chairman of Hellenic Bank (Cyprus), and CFO of Annington Homes (60,000 residential properties). He also held senior positions at Credit Suisse, Nomura, Dresdner Kleinwort, and AnaCap Financial Partners. Today, he leads Clipper Consulting, a global risk advisory firm he founded in 2010, and serves as a Non-Executive Director of Bullish GI, a global cryptocurrency exchange. In his free time, he collects and rides classic British motorcycles.
